Roles and Overview
Providing comprehensive support to our executive team. This role requires in-person presence at our Hillsborough, NJ office to effectively manage administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations.
What we expect from you ?
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, organizing documents, and facilitating collaboration among team members.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments within the organization.
